વર્ષ 2015થી યોગને આંતર રાષ્ટ્રીય યોગ દિન ઉજવણીની શરૂઆત કરવામાં આવી. આ ઉજવણી ભારતમાં તેમજ વિશ્વના 172 દેશોમાં થાય છે. યોગ દિન ઉજવણી દર વર્ષે 21 જૂન ના દિવસે ઉજવવાની માન્યતા આપવામાં આવી. આ ઉજવણી શાળા , કોલેજો અને સરકારી કાર્યાલયો તેમજ વિશ્વભરના યોગમાં રસ રુચિ ધરાવતા તમામ લોકો ભાગ લે છે. યોગનો પ્રચાર પ્રસાર થાય તેમજ બાળકોમાં નાનપણથી યોગ પ્રત્યે રુચિ ધરાવતા થાય તે માટે શાળાઓમાં પણ ઉજવણી કરવાની રહે છે. યોગ દિનના દિવસે કરવાની તમામ પ્રવૃતિઓ, યોગ ક્રિયાઓ , આસનો , મુદ્રાઓ જેવી માહિતીનું મોડ્યુલ અહીં આપેલ છે. યોગ દિન અહેવાલ પણ આપેલ છે. યોગ દિન ઉજવણી માટે ગુજરાત સરકાર દ્વારા કરવા આપેલ પરિપત્ર પણ આપેલ છે. યોગ દિન ઉજવણીની સંપૂર્ણ માહિતી આપેલ છે. નીચે આપેલ ફાઈલો ડાઉનલોડ કરો અને બાળકોને યોગ કરાવવાની માહિતી પણ આપેલ છે. આ તમામ ફાઈલો શાળા અને શિક્ષકોને ઉપયોગી બનશે એવી આશા રાખું છું. તે માટે મારી વેબસાઇટની મુલાકાત લેતા રહેશો.
